How you manage combo list?

Hi all, Happy new year.

I am very new in cracking, I have downloaded many combo lists and found many combo sets's are duplicate in different lists.
Also, I found some duplicate hits with different lists, so wondering how are you managing Combo lits?
do you clean combo list somehow?

You can merge some of combos and remove duplicates by AIONHB or Raptor tools, maybe You can find better.
