I started getting into the cracking scene way back in the mid-80s with my Commodore 64. Ran a pirate
B.B.S. (bulletin board system) with two phone lines. Great times! Imagine downloading games that
were only 66kb. Speed was dog-shit slow ... 300 baud / 1200 baud / 2400 baud. You had to pray you
had a "clean" phone line with no noise (and no call-waiting)!
Oh how the times have changed ... definitely for the better!
