hydra....oh hydra

So as the title says, hydra and what a nightmare I am having. Its on me though not hydra. I have gotten cookies, request bodies, urls, etc and she just will not work for me. Either all passwords are true(they shouldnt be) or all are false even though there is a true one in there(I put it in the file as a test).
Any help would be greatly appreciated
