Is it good to go proxyless while having Cyberghost Premium VPN?

I have Cyberghost Premium VPN, i want to know is it good practice to go proxiless in Sentry mba?
will it not ban my (vpn) ip?

they website bans an ip , whether yours or your vpn ip , so you will get banned anyway if you went proxyless if the website uses ban system, besides you must check every website you are trying to crack if it is proxyless , if it isn't you must load some proxies.

is there any easy way to check if a site bans ip addresses or not??

put your fk and sk [ if available] and run it , will work normal at first accounts , if there ban system sentry will show to check accounts, right click on any account and view respone in web browser , you will get like your ip is banned , captcha or Forbidden in header.
plus there is some general keys configured in sentry by its coder.
