I have an M1 mac and have had no luck with the latest version of WAVES 13 that includes Clarity VX pro, as well as ERA pro bundle 6 where the voice deepener works without leaving pops and clicks that ruin the audio, and lastly RX9 that will run perfectly on Mac M1 with standalone, VSTs, etc. I have aversions of all these that are buggy cracks.
