League Of Legends EUWest Account

I need an account because the servers are going down in NA, I would make a new EUWEST account but would have to level up again in order to play quality games. I have yet to have a request filled in Diamond so I figured I would try to post one in VIP. The account is only usefull if I get it before the NA servers are back up which should be about 8 hours from now.
