Not planned Limits for asking help

There should have rule that if you aske help,you should have 15 posts by example.Because there have lots and lots of memebrs,who are posting smht likte this " hello,anybody should help me with finding leaks" or "where i should find nice graphics2 etc.

There's no section for requests, so custom requests are not currently allowed.
