Making config for a custom site

Hello community!

I have a few question regarding cracking, to be correct making configs actually.
How to find out that you need to handle additional data on some specific sites that request that, such as cookies, etc.
I'm freshly new beginner, using fiddler and of course sentrymba

Any answer is appreciated
