Medusa cracking passwords

Okay I'm new to this so my questions are pretty basic

I'm having problems with user-password identification

I created a list of users (Instagram, Twitter, Snapchat, Facebook, TikTok and Windows accounts) and a password list. However, in this list of users I have 2 Snapchat accounts with the password already known and the Windows user already known. But when I use Medusa to crack passwords it doesn't match user-password to Snapchat accounts (even the ones with the correct passwords), but it matches to Windows account

Does anyone know where the problem is and how it can be resolved?
