I think the most profitable would be hacking identities since everyone has an identity and if done right, I think you could make a good amount on each.
I think the most profitable blackhat activity that's relatively safe (compared to stealing/selling banks accounts, etc.) would be botnet mining. The reason being with a miner, you don't even need a C&C server - just program in your address(es).
