Create multiple windows user accounts (not needed unless extreme plays)
In chrome go to manage person, add person, and do this for as many spotify accounts you want on the web player.
Get mouse controller by googling, and record mouse movements of all open browsers, after 1 minute play select next on playlist.
Create a spotify playlist with the songs you want to boost plays, this way you can see how many hours and songs are in the playlist and judge the amount of plays on one account X how many accounts you have open in chrome.

Also to switch user accounts and continue to use your computer press windows + L to lock screen. That way the mouse controller repeats your movements while you can still use your computer.

I got 12, 000 plays one night by doing this on one song but I plan to create multiple artists and spread the plays across them as Spotify can take down songs if it looks fishy.
