Need to build a E-Commerce Web scraper where do i start?

Hi,
I need to build an E-Commerce Web Scraper that scrapes simple details like an Items Name,Price etc.
What language should i use for that? I thought about doing it in python.
Also any good resources to start learning python? Cuz i'm barely able to do anything in there xd
