I have close to one thousand 16 digit Pan's with experation dates, but no cvv's.
Is there a program and or a script, such as PHp Java and regex to pin point the actual landmark from which the cards were swiped?

Hi, I dont think this is possible, maybe you can find the nearest country. Check first 4-6 digits for bank names / country.
