[Open bullet] Retries need help

As you can see I am new to this community and have no clue as to what I am doing. But I was wondering if anyone knows why I am getting so many retries and it keeps only checking 200 accounts is it because I only have 18 proxy's if so do you know any good places to find good proxy's.
