Paying with somebody else's PayPal account?

Can I get in trouble paying with somebody else's PayPal account?

I also don't have VPN or Proxy. I want to use somebody's PayPal account when paying for Chegg tutor.

With there balance or cc on the account?
If it is there balance you are fine..
If it is there cc then you might want to be careful

I won't login to their paypal account, i'm just buying subscriptions and other stuff on websites that are linked with their paypal account. I don't have direct access to their paypal, neither do i know the user/pass to their paypal acct.
