Questions about DUMPING "sqli dumper"

Hey, I'm new to dumping ( I never do this before)

Does the website/hoster notice/recognize it, if I dumping his database? Is it detectable or not? Is sqli dumping like a ddos? Is dumping safe or not? Or dumping is not recognized and they think you are a normal user?

Is it better to use a RDP or is VM enough?
