I understand the whole ratio thing but when the site does not have much traffic running through daily or even weekly how are people going to keep up with a ratio system? This is a cracking forum traffic moves in > out you will not beable to weed out leechers they will always be there no matter what system you put in.
You have this going so far:

Can't reply to any threads
(Either the person leaves because hes not going to deal with all the bs *might have been a great member we will never know*)
Reads about ratio system

Sees he has a positive ratio and can reply to threads in cracking config section ect
Finds a config (Shit! its Hidden - wtf I did all this work and its HIDDEN!)

Grabs a few tools and combos then remebers he needs proxylist

Why do you think every crackingforum you go to is slow in traffic -_- you need content to gain traffic.... you don't just get traffic out of nowhere now if you don't care then might as well make the site private and invite only because you have this whole system here.
You want to view content then PAY for it.
If you don't pay for it then keep up with the Ratio System
