Implemented Referring to members in Shoutbox

What do you think?
Would it be better if pressing on @ in Shoutbox got us

[member=member name]
instead of @"member name"?
It would bring out the members name you are talking to much better.
An example
[member=Dynamic] vs @dynamic.

This my friend is IPB and this shoutbox is IPShoutbox, a little bit change of codes is required and changing codes in IPB's any addon is the biggest pain in the ass.

PS: I've worked with IPB and as far as I remember, there was no simple setting to enable this but I could be wrong thou.
