I have a Lenovo Thinkpad X1 gen 4 I think and I'm wondering what's the easiest and cheapest way to remove the password on this business laptop.

lets try Resetting Windows Password using Hiren BootCD PE..
an easy way is to download nt password edit on a USB, enter the Bios of the PC and configure it to boot from the pendrive, so you can run the program, the use of the program is very easy, only 2 steps I think, it's been a while since I used it
