There return policy is very laxed. When I worked there, I saw people return computers that we haven't sold for years and got there money back. Some lady ordered 2 wedding cakes and returned the 2nd one half eaten claiming people didn't like it lol

Mostly Sam's Club has been fine for me, but one time they really asked some questions and said if someone wanted to, they could press charges if it's not really my account. The comment kinda came out of nowhere as I wasn't getting much, and it was my first time there.
