Sorry to hear about that - he almost got me for $50. Luckily I didn't lost too much, but still as a paying member of this forum I think he should be banned. Most other forums when someone has scammed 3 different members they are banned.
At the end of the day I can see why @EL Prez said to me via Skype yesterday after he got my bitcoin that he would be offline and not reachable for 7-10 days. I suppose what goes around will come around with him. He can hide, but he should learn that he is pretty easy to find on other forums.
