Not planned Scam Resolver

The forum needs a "Scam Resolver" to deal with Scam Reports and banning the scammer or closing the thread if found un-needed or refunded.

Some thread prefixes could be;
Banned
Closed
Suspended

Some user ranks can be;
Scammer (Already Exists)
Banned
Scam Resolver
Open Scam Report
Deal with Caution

I would like to say that this would be a great addition to this board, also if this becomes a thing, administrators should let people put their application for scam resolver position, i would definitely take part in it!

The reason why I don't like this idea is that of false scam reports. Anyone can open a scam report, and if we have this, people could just spam random users as scammers and under their name would be "Deal With Caution" creating false alarms.

In that case, if people start spamming, they could receive 2 warning and on 3rd time they could get temporary ban for like few days or so. Also if they carry on doing it after a temp. ban they could get banned forever
