Sentry Help: How do I bypass site anti flood when I use Proxyless?

I hope this is the right section, I'm very new to config making and I have some trouble bypassing site anti flood when I go proxyless, I tried using even 1 bot, adding a 5 sec relaunch timer, bu still nothing worked. Im wondering how every pro config maker does it. Also I heard that people use the sites desktop/phone app login API to bypass it, how does that work? Any tutorials?
