Skype Config + Balance Capture

I have seen a couple of sellers on different forums selling Skype accounts with balance, highly likely that there is a config for it. Anyone has any info or can share ? Thanks you Diamonds.

Made one, proxyless, but it does not capture. And the victim will also get an email alerting someone has logged into their account so its worthless. Lmk if still want.
