Software unlock or keygen required

hi I have an auto software that generates this xml file for me it is possible to decode the file to make the software work I am attaching the file and a short video where you can see the installation thanks in advance. can anyone help me unlock this software thanks in advance to allthe software is called autocom 2020 and if someone can help me to unlock it even if I have to pay please help me
