SQLmap request

Hi guys can any one guide me throw this please, first i know i dont have nice wordlist and i'm using dual code 2.60 ghz for now ... any way that's not the point , what i wanna know is how to make sqlmap crack from hash file that contains {hash:pass} not only {hash} then 2nd how to get back hashes in they places cause hashcat desorder all hashes

when using acces diver to rebuild the combo i notice that all hases are desordred and passes dont matches to emails...

2- can any one guive le nice link to a great worldist
