Storm is not working

Storm is not working and when i try to update it, It shows me an error. Then i try to install .netframe work 3.5 but i m unable to download it also. Anyone help me.

Which OS You are using? Should be Windows 7 or higher, if You are using rdp, use google to check how to install net on Windows Server
