The BIN method - Question

Hi guys.
A lot of people use “BINs” to get accounts on platforms like Netflix, Amazon Prime, and so on.

My question is: how do they get it? They just try a lot of BIN combinations until they find a working one OR they use a particular method to catch and hit the right BIN combination? I’m curious.
