So from what i have experienced , i m gonna give my feedback.
1) content is gud but not every shared content .like there has to be pinned posts in every section which were upvoted by most people and people could share their experience about the post that if that may have helped them
2) there should be a section about newly fresh working bins
3) there should be full guides about methods and carding for FREE
4) there should be special posts with proofs of tricks from elite/best experts in areas like cracking/carding/money making gudies on top of section
