You can now buy referrals for any website you want, from TimeBucks.
They have added a new advertising tab called Signups. In this tab, you can create a campaign and enter any referral link from a GPT site or reward site of your choice, or any site where you want people to fill in a form. You can then set which countries you want the user to come from, and the quality of that user.
Three different types of quality:
==>Users who have earned less than $1
==>Users who have earned more than $1
==>Users who have received $10 or more
Each quality comes at a different price, but this allows you to only target high quality users if you want to, rather than buying any kind of signup. You can also set the rate you want to pay per signup. It doesn't have to be a referral link, it could even be some affiliate offer that pays per lead, or per signup. If an offer pays $1 per signup, you could advertise it here for $0.50 and then make $0.50 profit INSTANTLY.
When you create a campaign, your campaign will appear in the Earn tab under Signups (when it goes live) for a user to signup to. The user will get paid to signup to your referral link, but they can only ever signup ONCE EVER for that domain, this way you only get UNIQUE signups rather than people who have already signed up for that site hundreds of times.
The user then has to submit proof to you that they have signed up by providing a screenshot, and their userID/username and email address. You will then get the users email address for you to send emails and market to them. It is then up to you to approve or reject their proof of signup, so you are in charge always.
This is a much better way of getting referrals rather than buying Clicks, as you're paying for the end result rather than just clicks.
