Suggestion Upgrade Option is hidden

As I'm new here i wanted to get upgraded , but finding the option to upgrade was very hard took me about 10 minutes to figure out where it is hidden

So i would suggest to put the UPGRADE page on top Menu near to Search , so Newbies will have more ez to Upgrade
i do think this will also be more profitable for the forum

Do you guys agree ?

It's currently shown in the footer and user panel menu in navigation (click your name; you'll find the rocket icon for account upgrades).

would it not be more eye catching if it where near to search icon , new people dont know the whole hidden spots at first sight
That is my idea to improve the Forum ,as to be honest I didnt saw that rocket is for upgrade ,
I did find out that upgrade existed when i reach 2 post daily limit then clicked on more infor then clicked on Upgrade

Im talking from a new user perspective as my self
