Uplay Adds 2-Step authentication To Stop Hacking !!!????

Following a large amount of account leaks from Uplay database, Uplay has finally decided to add a 2-step verification to all their accounts.
What does this mean ? is it really the end of uplay cracking ?

yes i lose all my best account and try to crack yesterday the result was very bad
