What does RDP means ?

Remote Desk Protocol. Simply a virtual machine that can be accessed remotely, normally under a the supervision of a vps. A vps does have administrative controls whereas an rdp doesn't.

This can be useful when cracking or SQL'ing. But also running Servers or if you need to run something with good download/upload speed. RDP/VPS allows you to run the program without having you computer on. It's it's separate thing

Correct, it also provides a dedicated ip so you don't have to use yours a vpn. This is much safer. I wouldn't crack without one

But if you're paying your own RDP your provider knows you so your RDP/VPS Ip isn't safer than yours ?

That's why you connect with socks 5 or vpn
