Which Antivirus Program will you recommend

Hi, i am looking for a good and strong antivirus program and have decided to go for any of the two if i can get a good recommendation from members here. any advice will help thanks

The AV i use is Kaspersky AV. Never gave me any problems and is smooth on the system , not a resource hog.
but between bitdefender and emsisoft I'll say Bitdefender cause of this

Definitely Bitdefender Total Security. The best of the best.

Bitdefender is one of the best I've tried, and Avira is a good free (though you get one pop-up ad a day). You can check av-comparatives.org , they got some good tests, both on security, but also on performance hit on the rest of the system.
