Sorry for posting this as I know there are many threads in the past abuot this topic, but it's still not clear after reading them.
I've seen some people post that you need 10 x posts. I've also seen some same your status needs to be a "Contributor" and looking at that, it looks like you need something like 200 for that.... But when I was just looking in the database forum, which is an example of where it does not allow me to post, I see people posting with only a few post making replies. Thanks in advnce.
