What will I learn from this tutorial?
In this tutorial, you will be learning how to create a glitch effect in Adobe Photoshop.

1 - Pick a finished design that you want to perform this effect on, keep in mind this usually looks better on normal to bigger sized images.
2 - Once you've found your desired image open it up in Adobe Photoshop.
3 - Make sure you unlock the layer by double clicking the lock icon.
4 - Once you've unlocked the layer duplicate it by pressing CTRL+J.
5 - If you haven't already, go above and download the glitch effect stock I provided in the resources tab of this thread.
6 - Once it's downloaded open it up in Adobe Photoshop.
7 - Now you can either drag and drop or copy the layer into the project with your final image.
