How to stay motivated for daily exercise ?

i become lazy day by day,have to do physical excercise daily,how to stay motivated everyday ? i lose motivation after 2/3 day


Any suggestions?
 
Do the activity everyday, don't miss a day if you do you will be vulnerable to not feeling motivated. And find a activity you truly enjoy.
 
I find myself sometimes in the same boat. I try to keep reminding myself that there is a goal at the of the tunnel

Do it everyday, have it right after a "transition time", and keep it fun

Don't take off your shoes when you get home, instead put your stuff inside and then go back out the door and take a walk. Short some days your not feeling it and long the others. It's exercise and you can put on an audio book, play Pokémon go, or use one of those 'walk across middle earth' style apps to keep up motivation
