This manual was sold for pretty expensive amount on XSS by the author Bassterlord also know as AL3xL7, Fisheye, and Sinner911. He was a member of Lockbit and had his own ransomware group, but sadly he is in prison now. In a tox conversation (with a journalist(I suppose)), he stated that any noob can conduct a ransomware attack with both of his manuals.
