STORM won't even start properly

So i just installed STORM v2.6.0.2 recently. When i open it, all it gives me is a blank screen with the title on top and two side menus which don't have much in them either. Help would be really appreciated!!


Also maybe tell me about some alternatives?

You should have installed all .net framework
4.7.2 example.
