Introduction
Certain sites do not allow specific countries to enter and view their context. For example, Netflix is only available in countries such as Canada and the USA. If we were to try cracking Netflix with a Russian proxies, we would just be wasting time. Worst case, you may have a valid combo, but the proxy led you to believe it was non-valid.

So we ALWAYS want to know if the proxies we are using work against the site.
