Answered why can i not reply i have read so many threads the same as this

i litterally cannot reply to anything i have a free account. No matter how new or how old or what category the thread is, it still says
You must reply to see the hidden content, upgrade your account to increase your reply limit.
i know i have 2 replies per category per day but i cant even use the 2 replies a day. Can someone please help me
